The face behind the brand

Hi everyone, my name is Sam and I am the founder of Lionize Life.

I have always dreamed about having my own fitness brand as this is where my passion lies!

My childhood was spent in a swimming pool, as a competitive swimmer I trained 7 times a week and competed on weekends. Alongside University, I qualified as a swimming teacher, level 2 aerobics instructor, boxercise instructor and even a pole for fitness instructor!

I have since grown a passion for lifting weights and saying yes to any fitness challenge I can. An injury in the gym led me to foam rolling which was the start of this amazing journey.

Lionize to me is more than just selling products. I genuinely love this industry and am passionate about creating a band which is innovative, engaging and full of value.

My dream is for this to become a community of virtual friends who all share a passion for fitness and interact and engage with each other within our Lionize bubble.
